What is your shipping policy?

We get your order, we ship it!

But more specifically, all orders will ship between 1-3 business days. We do our best to be as fast as possible, knowing we’ve all gotten WAY too used to Amazon’s “you think about it, it’s already on your doorstep” shipping policy.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is this “In Store Pick Up” you speak of?

If you are local (Lakewood, CO) and don’t want to waste resources on shipping, you can pick your order up directly! Select “In Store Pick Up” at check out and you will receive an email with your pick up window time shortly thereafter. Pretty cool, huh?

Do you do refills?

Kind of. Since we make everything is small batches, we don’t have vats hanging around, waiting to refill your jar. But….local folks, if you return your cleaned and dry container, we would be more than happy to either refill or reuse it, AND give you a 10% discount on your refill. Contact us to arrange container drop off and receive your discount code.

What is your return policy?

If your product arrived damaged, email us via the contact link below. We will figure something out.

Are your products organic?

All of the organic ingredients that we use in our skin care will be noted in the ingredients listing. The herbs produced in our garden are pesticide free, but our garden is not certified organic.

Are your products allergen free?

No, they are not. All ingredients are listed on the label. Some soaps contain dairy or nuts. We are not an allergen free facility and precautions should be taken if you have a serious allergy to any of our ingredients. How do I order wholesale?
